100pluss88 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention obligations. You may be requested to submit the following documentation at any stage:

All deposit funds must originate from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 100pluss88 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal against a deposited balance.

7. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available real-money balances at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, where practicable.

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 5 minutes of approval;
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval;

• Players must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal will be approved;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 unless otherwise specified;
• 100pluss88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding MYR 10,000;
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed under any circumstances.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

12. Limitation of Liability
